This workout fittness class is wonderful for all riders or beginners who just want to get used to being around horses. Class format is to warm up, then take turns on the vaulting barrel and horse. You will learn all about equestrian vaulting, try some moves, challenge your balance or just work on your riding postion and equitation. This is a great supplemental activitiy for serious riders to work on their riding seat and ability to follow their horses movement better.
